I returned the iPhone 16– but we had an ordeal doing so. Nothing wrong with phone. But Jasmine at BB heroically, patiently and ,professionally guided us through. Shout out to Edith as well. These girls need raises! B/c they personally with painstaking patience handled our dilemma AND (thanks to Jasmine)redeemed BB’s reputation. Thank you Ms.jasmine very much. As far as iphone 16- it’s a good phone. I’m just not buying it from a 3rd party seller.
